What can the ChatGPT / Claude connector actually see?
It’s read-only: it answers questions about your own studio’s data — payments, lessons, attendance, repertoire — and can’t change anything. The connector is live now; write actions come later and will always ask before they act.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Stripe, Xero, Google Calendar and the public API are included on every plan, and the AI connector is live on every plan too. WhatsApp is the one channel with a real per-message cost, so it’s an optional prepaid pack you control (early access) — it never runs up your bill.
Is the connection secure?
API keys are scoped, rate-limited, revocable and audited. The AI connector is read-only and never auto-acts — and payment data is handled by Stripe, never stored by us.
Which Xero plan do I need?
Any Xero plan with accounting API access. The sync pushes invoices and payments into Xero as they happen, with guardians created as contacts.
Can I build my own automations?
Yes — read-only API keys drive Zapier-style flows and your own scripts, scoped and rate-limited. When write endpoints arrive, they’ll follow the same confirm-first principle as the assistant.
Does it work with Apple / iOS?
Yes — a native iOS app for parents and light staff use, with push notifications for reminders and payments. Web works everywhere else.
