One-to-one and small-group coaching sit on the same timetable as the Saturday classes, with their own rate cards, their own lengths and their own pupil records. Your disciplines and grade levels are yours to name.
Per-pupil billing inside a group
A class of twelve produces twelve invoice lines on twelve family accounts, not one booking fee. Attendance in that class feeds the invoice, the make-up credit and the teacher’s pay from the same record.
A credit, not an argument
Make-up credits are earned by the absence reason you chose, valued from your rate card, capped per term if you want, and expired after the days you set. The policy runs itself instead of being re-litigated by email.
