Each absence reason decides whether a credit is earned at all, whether the slot is released for someone else, and how many a pupil may earn in a term. A credit takes its value from your rate card and expires after the number of days you set.

What that gives you, and what it does not
Every consequential change is written to an audit log, so “who moved that lesson” and “who wrote that invoice off” have answers. Data is held under UK GDPR with a full export any time and no lock-in.
