A lesson happens somewhere, and once LessonLoop knows where, it can stop two lessons landing in one room and put the right venue on a family’s schedule.
Where it lives
People → Locations for schools and academies. Solo teachers get Locations as its own sidebar item — peripatetic teachers work across several schools even when they’re a one-person studio.
Add a location
Give it a Name and a Type, then optionally an Address line 1, Line 2, Town / city, Postcode and Notes.
One location is your primary — the default for new lessons. Setting a different one primary takes a click.
Rooms
Within a location, add rooms — each with an optional capacity. Capacity feeds the clash checks: book a group larger than the room holds and LessonLoop warns you when you save, without blocking you (some halls take more chairs).
Room double-booking is a hard clash, though: two lessons can’t hold the same room at the same time.
Plan limits
Solo plans include one active location. If you archive one and add another, that’s fine — but running several at once is a School or Agency thing, and LessonLoop tells you plainly when you’re over: Your plan includes one location.
