Lessons can slip past unmarked — a busy day, a forgotten register, a stand-in teacher. LessonLoop keeps every unconfirmed lesson in one place so attendance never quietly goes missing. There are two ways to clear the backlog: confirm a whole lesson in one tap from the register, or work through the dedicated unconfirmed list.
Mark a whole lesson present in one tap
When a whole class turned up, you don’t need to tap each student. Open the lesson’s register and use All present to confirm everyone still unmarked in one go.
- Open the Calendar and move to the day with the unmarked lessons, then choose Take attendance to open the register.
- Check the student list for that lesson.
- Tap All present — every student who doesn’t already have a record is marked present together. You can still set individual students to absent, late or cancelled first, and All present only fills in the rest.
This is ideal when a whole class attended and you just need to confirm them together. The same All present action is available straight from the unconfirmed list below, so you can clear a backlog lesson without leaving the queue.
Work through the unconfirmed list
Every past lesson still awaiting attendance collects in one backlog view, so nothing is forgotten even weeks later. Here’s where it lives and how to reach it:

Each of these opens the unconfirmed list, where you step through the outstanding lessons and mark each one. Once a lesson is marked, it drops off the list automatically.
Why it matters Attendance feeds invoicing, make-up credits and your reports — so a lesson stuck "unconfirmed" can hold up a parent's invoice or a student's make-up. Clearing the backlog keeps the whole spine accurate.
Which one should I use?
- A whole class that all attended? Open the register and tap All present to confirm everyone at once.
- A scattered backlog across several days? The unconfirmed list walks you through them one by one so none are missed.
