Their £9.95 is cheaper than your £15. What does the difference buy?

Card and Bacs Direct Debit into your own Stripe account with nothing added on top of standard Stripe rates; termly, half-termly and per-lesson billing runs with payment plans and automatic late fees; make-up credits earned, valued and expired by your own policy; a parent portal on your own domain; LoopAssist, which drafts the invoice and writes the chase and executes only when you confirm; a native iPhone app; one-way Xero sync; and VAT-aware invoicing. At school scale the comparison inverts anyway: £9.95 plus £2.95 per teacher passes £39 at around eleven teachers, and LessonLoop does not move.

What about the fees on parent payments?

My Music Lessons previously published 1.4% + 20p per booking plus 20p per payout; those figures have been removed from their site and no current fees are published. LessonLoop adds nothing on top of standard Stripe rates — and the money is yours the moment it’s paid.
